Our Story
Packet Labs is a Malaysian technology company established in 2018 and, since 2026, the applied AI and GRC company of the Packet Holdings group.
Engineering and assurance, in one company
Packet Labs holds the Group’s AI platforms and its governance, assurance and training practices, and serves as its research and engineering hub in Malaysia.
Packet Labs began in 2018 as an engineering and systems-integration business and grew into the holding company for a group spanning consultancy, training, hosting and industrial technology. In September 2026 that group was reorganised under Packet Holdings Ltd. in Singapore, and Packet Labs took on a focused mandate: applied artificial intelligence and governance, risk and compliance.
The company is Malaysian-owned and Malaysian-operated. Client workloads and client data are held on infrastructure governed in Malaysia, which is frequently a determining requirement for government, regulated-industry and research clients.
