How we operate within the framework
Independence in assurance
Packet Secure provides consultancy and readiness services toward ISO/IEC 27001 and does not act as a certification body. Under ISO/IEC 17021-1, certification is undertaken by an accredited certification body independent of the organisation that implemented the management system. We support clients through implementation, internal audit and evidence preparation, and through the certification audit itself.
Licensed services
Penetration testing and managed security operations are licensable services in Malaysia under the Cyber Security Act 2024. Packet Labs delivers services in these categories in accordance with that framework, and licence status is published on this page.
Supplier due diligence
Certification evidence, implementation status and a named point of contact are provided on request for procurement and vendor assessment.
