Statement retrieval within internet banking
MBSB Bank, one of Malaysia’s largest full-fledged Islamic banks with a nationwide branch network, required customers to retrieve account statements directly rather than through back-office requests. Enterprise document management was deployed and integrated with the bank’s internet banking platform by API, serving statements from a governed repository on demand.

Patient records within the clinical workflow
Gleneagles, among the largest hospital groups in Kuala Lumpur, held a substantial volume of physical patient records with new clinical notes added daily. Records were digitised and archived, and the repository integrated with the Hospital Information System so that clinical staff access records within their existing systems.

An ISO 27001-compliant digitisation facility
Iron Mountain, the global records management provider, required a secure digitisation facility built to defined compliance standards. A turnkey scanning centre was delivered covering server room, IT and network infrastructure, together with ongoing maintenance, to ISO/IEC 27001 compliance.

Logistics
Contract archive converted to a system of record
Mitsui-Soko held an accumulated archive of sales contracts, vendor agreements and HR documents that was slow to retrieve when disputes arose. The archive was digitised through advanced capture, extracted data was linked into the document management system, and physical assets were tagged for accountability.
