Document intelligence
The Packet Labs document-intelligence engine extracts structured data from scanned and born-digital documents: forms, statements, invoices, contracts and records. It combines OCR with layout understanding and language models to classify documents, locate fields and validate values against business rules, producing structured output for downstream systems.

OmniScribe
OmniScribe is a speech-to-text pipeline for meetings, calls, hearings and field recordings: transcription, speaker separation, summarisation and structured extraction, with the resulting records governed alongside the organisation’s documents.
- Batch and near-real-time transcription in Malay and English.
- Speaker diarisation, timestamps and redaction of sensitive content.
- Summaries and action items generated through the PacketX gateway under policy.
- Transcripts filed to the records system with retention controls.
Deployment
Both engines run on client premises or on Packet Cloud Services infrastructure in Malaysia. Neither sends documents or audio to third-party services unless a client configures a PacketX route to do so.

The team behind the platform delivered document conversion for banks, hospital groups and government agencies before the current generation of document models existed.
Production scanning, double-key indexing and enterprise content management for nationwide programmes taught the company what breaks at volume: mixed batches, poor scans, handwriting, exceptions and audit. The engines are designed for those conditions rather than for demonstrations.
